About Darlene

A Coach Who Meets You Where You Are

Hi, I’m Darlene! I became a personal trainer because I believe everyone deserves to feel strong and capable — no matter their age, fitness level, or health history.

My home-basement studio was designed to be the opposite of an intimidating commercial gym. It’s quiet, private, and completely set up for your comfort. Sessions are just you and me — no strangers, no waiting, no pressure.
